180 Weekend

DATE: February 7-9, 2020 (Fri-Sun)

LOCATION: First Assembly Church

COST: $35 per student (covers meals, t-shirt). Does not cover extra snacks, Souvenirs, band/speaker merch… bring your own $$$ for that

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: January 29, 2020. There will be NO registrations received after this date. NO students will be registered on the day of the event.

Why register now?
Host homes fill up fast. Some homes have 40+ students requesting them. We estimate we will have 150+ students registered BY December 15th. We will have more than 200+ students attend 180 Weekend with us. The earlier you are registered and paid, the more likely we can connect you with your requested host home.

GROUPS: Groups will be filled as registrations and payments are received. Groups are formed based upon the grade a student is in. We try and accommodate requests for specific groups and pairings with other students. This is greatly impacted by when you register.

GROUP LEADERS: Leader team will be comprised of current leaders, former students, and youth ministry students from Liberty University*

HOST HOMES: Groups will be placed in homes of Bethlehem Church families

Wednesday (2.05.2020)

• 7:oopm – Rally180 @ First Assembly (Map)

Friday (2.7.2020)

• 5:00pm – Check-In @ your host home
• 5:30pm – Dinner
• 7:oopm – 180 Weekend Session 1 (First Assembly)

Saturday (2.8.2020)

• 10:30am – 180 Weekend Session 2 (First Assembly)
• 12:00pm – Lunch
• 1:00pm – Free time for groups (activity/service projects)
• 4:00pm – 180 Weekend Session 3 (First Assembly)

Sunday (2.9.2020)

• 9:ooam – Pancake Breakfast at The Student Center
• 11:00am – Joint service in Worship Center
